TUS Alumni Office has officially launched its first Alumni Mentorship Programme, marking a significant step in strengthening connections between current students and TUS graduates across the region.
Launch events took place this week on both the Midlands and Midwest campuses, bringing together alumni mentors and student mentees for the first time. The atmosphere was one of energy, collaboration, and genuine enthusiasm as mentors and mentees met, shared stories, and began forming professional relationships that will continue throughout the academic year.
The TUS Alumni Mentorship Programme is designed to connect current students with alumni mentors who can offer practical career insights, guidance, and encouragement as students prepare to enter the workforce. By pairing students with graduates from similar disciplines or industries, the initiative aims to help bridge the gap between academic study and professional practice.
